Friday 18th Oct @ 8pm, Foxford Secondary School
Following on from two previous SOLD OUT concerts, last year and the previous year, this year's concert will feature the amazing duet Seamus Begley & Jim Murray and the fantastic trio Carlos, Sweeney & McCartin.   The concert will take place in St. Joseph's Secondary School, Foxford on Friday 18th Oct at 8pm. 
Tickets for this event will be sold locally and are also available from Tel. 086 3999774 or foxfordtraditionalweekend@gmail.com. Booking advised. Doors open at 7:30pm. Tickets €15.

Saturday 19th October is National Harp Day. Have you always wanted to play the harp? Would you like to hear, learn more about and even have a go? Now’s your chance!  Join renown Irish harpist, Laoise Kelly for this 'Hands on Harp' workshop.

Teen Trad - ​Showcase of Teenage Talent

Saturday 19th Oct @ 5pm in Cruiser's
​FREE EVENT

​A platform for younger musicians (13+) to perform.  This event will include proficient teenage musicians, singers, dancers and storytellers from all parts of Ireland and promises to be a 'mighty gathering'.  The standard and quality of music from this generation is inspiring.  The performances will be followed by a session.

Féile Concert

Sat 19th Oct @ 8pm, Foxford Secondary School

Featuring our ‘Guest Tutor’, and world renown harp & flute duo, Michael Rooney & June McCormack, the Féile concert will take place in the Secondary School, at 8pm on Saturday 19th October.  The concert will also include Úrnua (Carl Hession, Francis Cunningham & Eimear Coughlan) who will launch their new CD on the night. We very much look forward to the performance of  the Music Generation Mayo Harp Ensemble, on this, National Harp Day.  Clare musicians Mark Burke, Cathal Corbett & David Crowe are back again this year (at this stage we could call them resident musicians) and the beautiful singer, Olivia McTiernan will also feature.

ther visiting musicians, weekend tutors and participants of the Harp and Mixed Instrument Master Classes will also preform. 
​This promises to be a great night of music, song and dance.  Tickets on the door - Adults €10 and under 18 €5.

Junior Sessiún

Sun 20th Oct @ 3pm, Cruiser's

​A clip from a previous year's junior sessiún best explains what goes on here!  Under the guidance of Tom Doherty, younger musicians, dancers and singers are given a platform to perform individually and as a group.
This event is kindly sponsored by Irish Energy Assessors.
